- Double check that you have the custom size set up and selected in 'Printing Preferences' per the Quick Start Guide.
- You can also try downloading and printing a fresh template from the website.

- Completely open up the top cover of the printer and remove any nametags that may be stuck.
- Once the name tag stock has been reseated, completely close the top cover and try restarting the print job.

- Initiate a Nozzle Check in the Printing Preferences window, under the maintenance tab on the printer itself.
- If the test sheet prints out poorly, then initiate the 'Head Cleaning' option. You may have to repeat the Head Cleaning process a few times before the Nozzle Check prints correctly.
- If the printer just feeds through a badge without moving the ink cartridge at all, you may have an internal part broken that needs to be replaced. Contact support for further assistance.
The nametag art/text is being cut off at the bottom of the tag
- The printer is not capable of edge-to-edge printing on a 4x3 badge. There will always be at least 1/8" border around the tag to prevent ink overspray. If the border cuts any of the tag off, then the design will need to be adjusted.
