Learn how to start your order for name badges online by requesting a price quote.

Start your order online in 3 steps:

  1. Compile Your Order Details
  2. Fill Out a "Quote Request" Form
  3. Receive Your Price Quote

Compile Your Order Details

Before you start your order by submitting a quote request, make sure you have all the details of your order on hand so we can provide the most accurate quote possible.

Here is some of the information we will need from you:

  • Your event date
  • Badge type (personalized, on-site, etc.)
  • Badge size
  • Badge finish (gloss, satin, etc.)
  • Badge attachment style (single slot, double slot, clip, etc.)
  • Printing requirements (single-sided, double-sided, etc.)
  • Number of badges needed
  • Sorting preference (alphabetical by last name, alphabetical by company, etc.)
  • Badge artwork or logo

If you do not have the above information, or are unsure of any of these details, you can instead fill out a form to request a product consultation. This will put you in touch with a specialist who can recommend products based on your specific needs and help you iron out the details of your order before providing a quote.

Once you've figured out the details of your order, you can start your quote by submitting a "quote request" form.

Fill out the form on this page. Make sure to be as thorough as possible, and answer all questions as accurately as you can. 

Please note that by submitting this form, you are not placing your order. You will still need to provide your payment information to move forward in the order process. 

Receive Your Price Quote

Once you submit your request, our team will get started on reviewing all the information of your order to provide you with an accurate price quote. 

Typically, our team will send an email with your custom price quote within 3 business days of you filling out the form.
