Sample Frequently Asked Questions
Here are answers to some of our most common sample questions.
Q: Do you charge for samples?
A: The majority of our samples are no charge, although some do have a nominal fee. Samples are shipped at no charge via US Postal.
Q: How many Samples can I order?
A: We limit samples to one per product per order, and no more than 5 samples total per order. If you are having difficulty deciding between multiple products, please contact one of our Event Specialists at 888.443.5886.
Q: How long does it take to get my samples?
A: Samples are sent via US Postal and can take 5-7 business days to receive.
Q: Can you ship samples other than US Postal?
A: Yes, please contact one of our Event Specialists at 888.443.5886. We can ship samples for an additional fee via UPS.
Q: Do you ship samples internationally?
A: We are unable to send samples internationally via US Postal. If you need samples sent outside of the US, please contact one of our Event Specialists at 888.443.5886. We can ship via UPS for an additional charge.
Q: What is included with samples?
A: Sample packs vary by product. Some samples are just the individual products, while others come in “packs” which may have multiple variations (example: Budget Lanyard samples include multiple lanyards with various colors and attachment options).
Q: Can I request a specific color combination of samples?
A: Samples cannot be customized. However, we do offer the option for a pre-production proof on many of our custom products. There is a cost for pre-production proofs, but they allow you to see your artwork on the product prior to completing the full order. Q: Why am I getting an error when trying to add a Sample?
A: Some samples include multiple variations of our products. If you already have an item that is part of a sample pack in your cart, you will receive an error. If you continue to receive errors, please contact one of our Event Specialists at 888.443.5886.
Q: How do I place an order using a Sample I received?
A: Samples will include the item number or SKU on them. You can either place your order online or contact one of our Event Specialists at 888.443.5886.
Q: What don’t you offer Samples on?
A: Samples are available on most of the items sold through pc/nametag. If you do not see the option to order a sample online, please contact one of our Event Specialists at 888.443.5886. We may not have that item but may have samples of the material or color of the item in which you are interested.
